Bug Fixes
Claims and Profiles – The FM36 Funding Calculation was not applying the “Funding Used at Previous Provider” accurately to Framework Uplift funding. Now fixed.
Imports and Exports – The 2019 ILR Exporter no longer sends ACT FAM records which have a Valid From date in 2020. This is to prevent rule R110 when learners have become employed after the 1st August 2020.
Imports and Exports, PelControl – HE data would not be imported from ILRs in some cases. Now fixed.
Desktop PICS – Learner Imports were not respecting the Qualification Plan Aim type “Non Funding Body – Tracking only” and adding them to the ILR. Now fixed.
Reporting – The Audit Report’s “Source of Funding” Report was incorrectly identifying FM36 aims as having an incorrect Source of Funding if an LSDPostcode is present. Now fixed.
Reporting – The Audit Report’s Maths and English options were not respecting MCF/ECF codes 4 and 5 when determining the condition of funding against learners. Now fixed.
