User Defined Forms – These allow you to specify additional fields to be added to different locations in your PICSWeb data records.The Forms section of PICSWeb allows you to view, manage, and process Web Forms used for a variety of purposes. Web forms are intended to be filled out either by an applicant, learner, or employer, either with a member of your staff or remotely via email. They can be used for a variety of purposes, such as enrolments, reviews, interviews, and other activities. Make sure that you do not get Web Forms confused with other form services in PICSWeb:

• Sign Up Forms – These are online forms that are accessed and completed by prospective applicants or employers. Depending on your process, it may be more appropriate to send the URL for a Sign Up Form rather than complete a Form Capture Form for your enrolments.
