It is possible to manage 2FA for all PICS users from the User List, rather than have users manage it individually from their User Profiles. Please Contact Pellcomp for details.
Resetting 2FA for an Individual User
If a user has become locked out of their PICSWeb account due to 2FA, you can manually reset their 2FA from their User Summary.
To do this, go to the User Details section and select the Reset icon by Two Factor Authentication.
