The IQA Plan List displays any IQA Plans that have been set up. To access the list, select Learners > IQA from the side menu and go to the Plans tab.

For each plan, the following details are shown:

  • Owner – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Officer Summary.

  • Learner – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Learner Summary.

  • Item Type

  • Method

  • Report Reference

  • Files in sample

  • Due date – a flag will indicate if the plan is Overdue.

  • Done date

Filtering the Plan List

The following search options are available from above the list:

  • Report Reference

  • Item Type

  • Method

  • Status

  • Number of Records Displayed

Once you have made your choice, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Plan List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Plan Actions

Selecting the icon by a plan will display the following options:
