The Placements tab in the Learner Summary shows any organisations that have been set as a placement for the learner. For each placement, the following details are shown:

The option to filter the placement list by Number of Records is available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the  icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Along with this, an additional field to filter by Type can be added by selecting More > Type. Selecting this field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filter explained above. 

Exporting the Placement List

  • Adviser – Here you can use the drop-down menu to search for a PICS Officer to link as the placement adviser.
  • Contact – Here you can use the drop-down menu to search for a PICS Officer to link as the placement contact.
  • Comment
  • Start date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
  • Expected End date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
  • Actual End date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
  • Weekly Rate of payment
  • Weekly Hours
  • Total Planned Hours
  • Job Title
  • SOC 2000 code
  • Leaving Reason

Placement Actions

Along with adding and editing placements, the following actions are available from the placement tab:

  • Details – Selecting ... > Details by a placement in the list will open a window where you can view all details recorded for the document. The information shown here will depend on which fields have been completed in the edit window explained above.
  • Delete – Selecting ... > Delete by a placement in the list will remove the organisation from the learner record, though it will not delete the record itself. You will be prompted to confirm before the organisation is removed.
