And the programme aim hybrid end date is in the year being reported
And that date is <= the end of the selected report date.

B. Timely achievement cohort Note this measure is not normally used for FM36 Apprenticeships | Programme aim has programme type = 02, 03, 10, 20-23.
(note that prog type 25 Standards (inc Trailblazers) is not included). The programme aim planned end date (PED) is in the year reported
And is before the end of the PICSWeb report period.
