If the Ident Code for the learner matches an MIS ID for any record in OneFile, whether a learner, assessor or employer, you will see an error when trying to enrol the learner in PICSWeb. To solve this, you will need to locate the matching record in OneFile and manually change the MIS ID field. |
In this window, you can choose which OneFile Organisation to link to the OneFile learner. These organisations are maintained in OneFile and are not related to your organisation records in PICSWeb.
