  • Learner – These forms are used to capture the details of a new learner. When the form is approved, a new learner record is created, populated with the data submitted in the form. Learner forms can also be Generated From an Applicant Record to sign up an existing applicant as a new learner.

  • Applicant – These forms are used either to capture the details of a new applicant or Update an Existing Applicant.

  • Change Request – These forms are used to request a change to be made in a learner record. When the form is approved, a new Change Request record will be generated, which can then be processed and actioned by an authorised user.

  • Organisation File – These forms are attached as a document to the Files tab in the Organisation Summary. They are intended to be used to capture and attach the relevant paperwork to an organisation and do not populate any data fields in the record.
