The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the  icon to run the search and apply your filters.

  • Sort By – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how the list is ordered.

  • Search – Here you can search by form Title and ID.

  • Status

  • Modified Status - Here you can filter down to forms modified within a given time period. This defaults to forms modified in the last 7 days.

  • Remote Signature Status

  • Number of records – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how many results are displayed per page.

  • Summary – This will open the Form Summary, where you can view the form answers and other details.

  • Clone to New – This will open a window where you can Clone the WebForm to use an updated form template.

  • Fill and Sign – If the form has not yet been Submitted, you can Fill and Sign it from here.

  • Download Signed Form – If the form has been Submitted, you will be able to download the completed form as a Word document.

Depending on the form Status and Remote Signature Summary, various actions will also be available from this menu to Process the Form.
