The Downloads tab in the PICSWeb Reports page shows any completed reports that are ready for you to download. When you Run a New Report, once the report has been generated it will be added to this page. You may need to refresh the page for the new report to appear. Once generated, a report will be available for 7 days, after which you will need to run it again.

The specifications for the reports shown here are either defined from a custom Saved Report or a Report Template. These can be maintained in the other two tabs in the reports page.

Navigating the Download List

The list in the Downloads tab displays recent reports generated in PICSWeb. For each report in the list, the following details are shown:

  • Name

  • Template

  • Download – Selecting this will download the report in an Excel Spreadsheet format.

  • Date – This shows the date and time that the report was generated.

Filtering the List

The options to to Search by  by name and filter by by Number of Records are available  are available above the list. Once you have applied any filters, press press Enter or select  or select the Image Modified icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the List

Selecting Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list. Note that this will just contain the details outlined above and no funding information.

Selecting Download by a report in the list will download the report in an Excel Spreadsheet format. As well as this, selecting ... > Delete by a report in the list will remove the download from the page. You will be prompted to confirm before the report is deleted.
