  • CRM and Applicants, eEmploy – Added data capture to record courses delivered by external organisations which can be linked to customer action plan activities. This can be reported on using Adhoc reports.

  • Reporting – The Learner Status Report now has a Programme Start column on the Learner Projected Values report.
