Filtering the Barrier List

The option to filter the barrier list by Number of Records is available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the  icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Barrier List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Creating a Barrier

Selecting Create Barrier in the barriers tab will open a window where you can identify a new barrier for the learner. In this window, you can enter the following details:

  • Identified date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
  • Barrier
  • Type


Editing Barriers

Selecting ... > Edit by a barrier in the list will open a window where you can edit the following details:

  • Identified date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
  • Barrier
  • Type
  • Cost
  • Solved – Here you can choose Yes or No to indicate whether the barrier has been solved.
  • Solved On date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
  • Hourly Cost
  • Number of Hours
  • Number of Sessions
  • Number of Supporters
  • Notes
  • Solution

Once you have finished, select Save to confirm your changes.
