Adding a New Adjustment

Selecting Actions > Create will allow you to add a new EAS item. In the first window, you can enter the following details:

In the second window, you can enter the actual details of the adjustment being made. Selecting Save will add it to the list. The Funding Lines available here will depend on the Devolved Source of Funding specified in the previous window.

  • Period – This is the funding period in which the adjustment takes place.

  • UKPRN

  • Funding Line

  • Adjustment Type

  • Calendar Year/Month

  • Devolved Source of Funding (SOF)

  • Calculated Value – This is the original funding claim for the Period, UKPRN and Funding Line, as according to the Funding Calculator.

  • Adjustment Value – This is the positive or negative change made to the Calculated Value by the current adjustment.

  • Total Value – This is the final value that will be used in the claim, made up of the sum of the Calculated and Adjustment values.

Filtering the List

The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

  • Contract Year

  • Period

  • UKPRN

  • Devolved Source of Funding (SOF)

  • Number of records – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how many results are displayed per page.

Exporting the List

Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Adjustment Details

Selecting … > Details by an item in the list will allow you to view the details of the adjustment.
