This page shows how the Scheduling Options in PICSWeb reports can be used to set up useful report schedules for your organisation.
Example 1 - Weekly Reviews
In this example, you would like a report to run every Friday morning to show the learner reviews that are coming up in the upcoming week.
You will first need to restrict the report in Report Options to only include reviews that are Due in the upcoming week:
Set the Report Type to Reviews due between
Set the Reviews From to Start of Week with a +1 offset
Set the Reviews To to End of Week with a +1 offset
Then you will need to Schedule the report to run every Friday morning:
Set the Schedule Type to Days of the Week
Tick Friday in the Select Days menu
Enter 09:00 in the Time of day field
When you Save the report, it will run as required from the next Friday morning.
