Selecting the ... icon next to a Course Instance and selecting Summary will open the Course Instance Details page. The following details are shown for the course instance:

• Title
• Course Type – Course Types are maintained in the Configuration section.
• Instance Type – This will be either Fixed Start Date or Roll-On Roll-Off.
• Status – This will be either Live or Dormant.
• Start date
• End date
• Seats – This indicates how many places are available in total. Selecting the  icon will open a graph displaying how many places have been filled through time.

The remaining details for the course instance are divided into three tabs: Sessions, Enrolments, and Files.

The Sessions tab lists all individual sessions that make up the Course Instance
