Creating a New Sign Up Form in PICS

Selecting Create in the Sign Up Form List will open a window where you can enter a Title for the new form and choose whether it is for a prospective Applicant or Employer.

Once you have entered the necessary details, select Save. This will add the new form to the list and take you to the Form Edit Page where you can add fields to the form and view the URL.
