Contract Agreements in the PICSWeb Organisation Summary
The Contract Agreements tab in the Organisation Summary lists all contract agreements recorded with the organisation. For each agreement, the following details are shown:
Contract Number
Description
Start date
End date
Filtering the Agreement List
The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Agreement List
Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
Creating a New Agreement
Selecting Create Contract Agreement in the agreements tab will open a window where you can record a new agreement with the organisation. In the window that opens, you can enter the following details for the new agreement:
Contract Number
Description
Type
Once you have entered this, select Save to add the agreement to the list or Cancel to discard it.
Editing Agreements
To add further details to the agreement, you will need to edit it by selecting ... > Edit next to the agreement in the list. A Find Field search bar is available at the top-right to search for a field. As you enter text, the list of fields will update automatically.Â
Once you have finished, select Save to apply the changes and return to the summary page, or Cancel to exit without saving. The following fields are available to edit:
Contract Number
Description
Start date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
End date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Sent date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Recorded date – Selecting this field will open a calendar date selector.
Type
Delivery Volumes – Here you can enter the delivery volumes for NVQ2s, Basic Skills, and VRQs.
Agreement Actions
The following actions are available from the agreements tab:
Edit – Selecting ... > Edit by an agreement in the list will open the window shown above for you to add and edit details.
Delete – Selecting ... > Delete by an agreement in the list will delete the agreement record. You will asked to confirm before the record is deleted.
