Additional Details in the PICSWeb Organisation Summary

The Additional Details tab in the Organisation Summary displays some additional details relating to the organisation. Only details that have been added to the organisation when editing this tab will appear. If no value has been added for a field, it will not be shown in this section.

Editing Additional Information

Selecting Edit will open a window where you can add or edit the following details. Once you have finished, select Save to apply the changes and return to the summary page, or Cancel to exit without saving.

  • Invoice Name

  • Invoice Address

  • Invoice Postcode

  • Invoice Phone

  • Invoice Email

  • VAT Number

  • Account System ID

  • SEM – You can use the drop-down menu to specify whether the organisation is classed as a Small Employer or not.

  • ACT – You can use the drop-down menu to specify which Annual Contract Type is associated with the employer:

    • Apprenticeship Contract with Levy Employer (ACT1L) – The learner is on the Apprenticeship Service and Levy-Funded.

    • Apprenticeship Contract with Non-Levy Employer (ACT1N) – The learner is on the Apprenticeship Service but is Co-Invested.

    • Apprenticeship Contract with ESFA (ACT2) – The learner is not on the Apprenticeship Service and is Co-Invested.

  • Previously Involved in Training

  • Total Capacity

  • Employee Count

  • Annual Turnover

  • Company Type

  • Has IIP Status
