The Prior Attainment tab in the Learner ILR Summary shows any prior attainment records that have been recorded for the learner. For each record, the following details are shown:

• Prior Attainment Level

• Date Prior Attainment Level Applies From

Open

Adding a New Prior Attainment Record

Selecting Add Prior Attainment Record will open a window where you can specify the Prior Attainment Level and Date Prior Attainment Level Applies From for the new prior attainment record.

Open

Once you have finished, select Save to add the new record or Cancel to discard it.

Prior Attainment Record Actions

The following actions are available from the Prior Attainment tab:

• Edit – Selecting ... > Edit by a record in the list will open a window where you can edit Prior Attainment Level and Date Prior Attainment Level Applies From.

• Delete – Selecting ... > Delete by a record in the list will delete it. You will be asked to confirm before the record is removed.
