Signing Reviews in PICSWeb
This feature is only available to users licensed for either PICS Portfolio or Form Capture.
If your linked officer account’s signature has been requested in the Signatures tab in a Review Summary, you will need to view and sign the review.
You will be notified by email when a signature has been requested. Selecting View Review and Sign in the email will take you to the review signing view explained below. This email will also be sent to any learners or external contacts whose signatures have been requested in the Signatures tab in the Review Summary.
You can also sign the review from either the Signatures Needing your Attention list or the Signatures tab in the Review Summary. In either location, select … > View by the signature to open the review signing view.
Review Signing View
After opening the review, you will be shown the areas that have been made available to you in Review Configuration. You will be able to edit any Notes and User Defined Form fields that have been set up for you to fill.

Setting up UDF fields for learners and contacts is explained in User Defined Forms for Review Signing.
At the bottom of the page, a box is available for you to draw in your signature. You can also select Use Keyboard and type your signature in if you would prefer.
Once you are happy with your signature, select Sign to finish.
Review Signing Options
At the right-hand side of the screen, you can use the shortcut icons to access the different sections of the review signing view.
An option to Print is also available. Selecting this will open a window where you can either save the review document to a PDF or print it from any linked devices.
