This guidance is for employer representatives using PICS Portfolio. As this system can be customised by the training provider, you may not have access to all of the areas described in this help. Please ask the training provider if you are experiencing any issues with the system.
PICS Portfolio for Employers is a dedicated portal for apprenticeship employers to track their apprentices and complete relevant administrative tasks.
The data in PICS is maintained by the training provider that you are working with.
