Making a Change Request

If you have any requests for changes to PICS, either to meet local needs or wider requirements from your funding organisation, we welcome you to Contact Pellcomp and discuss your needs. Change requests may be met by a universal software update, or through a charged bespoke change for your company.

Before you contact us, make sure you have the following information to hand:

  • If you want new data to be captured in PICS, you should have an idea of where it should be entered, what validation should be required and how you want it to link to existing PICS data.

  • If you want new outputs or reports, you should have an idea of the calculations required for the output, any particular selection options, the format of the output and from where in PICS the output should be run.
