Once you have set up your Relationship Types, you can start linking records together using these relationships. When you choose to link a new record in any of the locations outlined below, a field will be available to specify the Type of relationship being created. Along with the default types, any Live custom relationship types for the relevant records will be available in these fields. 

Adding Relationships to Learners

The following locations in the learner record can be used to add relationships:

• The Officers tab in the Learner Summary can be used to link officer records.
• The Placements tab in the Learner Summary can be used to link organisation records.

Adding Relationships to Officers

• The Organisations tab in the Officer Summary can be used to link organisation records.

Adding Relationships to Organisations

• The Officers tab in the Organisation Summary can be used to link officer records.
