Creating a New Relationship Type in PICSWeb Configuration

Selecting Create in the Relationship Type List will open a window where you can enter the following details:

  • Title
  • From Data Type – This is the type of record that can be linked as the From element in the relationship.
  • To Data Type – This is the type of record that can be linked as the To element in the relationship.
  • Status – This indicates whether the type is Live or Dormant. Only Live relationship types can be applied to records.

Once you have entered the necessary details, select Save to add the new relationship type or Cancel to discard it.
