ILR Defaults in the PICSWeb Qualification Plan Summary

The ILR Defaults tab in the PICSWeb Qualification Plan Summary shows any ILR Form values that will be populated with default values when a new learner is linked to the qualification plan. Any defaults that have been set up already will be shown in the tab.

  

Selecting Edit will open a window where you can add new default values and edit existing ones. The following learner values are available:

  • Learning Planned Hours

  • Employability, Enrichment and Pastoral (EEP) Planned Hours

  • Learner Support Reason – Here you can specify a learner support reason code to apply to learners on the plan.

  • Education Healthcare – Here you can specify an education healthcare code to apply to learners on the plan.

The following values regarding the learner's Programme Aim are available:

  • Funding and Monitoring (FAM) Learning Delivery Monitoring (LDM) – Here you can specify up to two FAM LDM codes to apply to the programme aim. FAM LDM codes can also be applied to individual qualifications in the plan from the Elements tab.

  • Provider Monitoring – Here you can specify up to four provider monitoring codes to apply to the programme aim. Provider monitoring codes can also be applied to individual qualifications in the plan from the Elements tab.

  • Apprenticeship Contract Type – Here you can specify whether the programme aim is funded in a Contract with a Levy EmployerContract with a Non-Levy Employer, or by the ESFA.

  • Full Funding Indicator

  • Apprentice Planned Hours

The following values regarding the learner's employment status, both Before Enrolment and at the Start of Enrolment, are available:

  • Employment Status

  • Self Employment Indicator

  • Employment Intensity Indicator

  • Length of Unemployment

  • Benefit Status Indicator

  • Previous Education Indicator

  • Length of Employment

  • Small Employer

The following values regarding the learner's Advanced Learning Loans are available:

  • Course Fee (Excluding VAT) – This is entered as a value in pounds.

  • VAT Amount – This is entered as a value in pounds.
