Qualification Plan List in PICSWeb Configuration
Selecting Delivery > Qualification Plans from the Configuration section of the side menu will open the Qualification Plan list. This page shows all qualification plans that you and other database administrators have set up in PICSWeb.
For each plan in the list, the following details are shown:
Code
Title – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Qualification Plan Summary.
For Learners – A tick here indicates that the plan can be applied to Learner Records.
For Applicants – A tick here indicates that the plan can be applied to Applicant Records.
Status – This indicates whether the plan is Live or Dormant. A dormant plan will not be available to apply to any new learners or applicants.
Filtering the List
The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.
Search – Here you can search by plan Code or Title.
Number of records – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how many results are displayed per page.
Along with these, additional fields can be added by selecting More. Choosing a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filters explained above. The following fields are available:
Status
Group/Subgroup – Here you can limit the list to plans that apply a certain group or subgroup.
For – Here you can limit the list to plans that are available for either Learners or Applicants.
Site – Here you can limit the list to plans that are linked to a certain Site.
Qualification – Here you can limit the list to plans that contain certain qualifications.
Placement – Here you can limit the list to plans that apply a certain Organisation as the placement.
Exporting the List
Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
Qualification Plan Actions
Selecting Create from the top-right corner of the page will open a window where you can Create a New Qualification Plan.
Selecting the ... icon by a plan in the list will give the following options:
Summary – This will open the corresponding Qualification Plan Summary page.
Edit – This will open a window where you can Edit the Qualification Plan.
Delete – You will need to confirm your choice before you can delete the qualification plan. You should only delete a plan that has been entered in error and has not been applied to any learners or applicants. For qualification plans that have been used but are no longer needed, you should instead Edit the Plan and set the status to Dormant.
