The Prior Qualifications tab in the Learner Summary shows any qualifications achieved by the learner before their programme began. For each qualification, the following details are shown:

If you have Database Administrator permissions, you can maintain the prior qualification list in the Prior Qualifications section of PICSWeb configuration.

You will be informed if any qualifications in the list have been downloaded from the LRS over a month ago. If this is the case, a link will be displayed for you to Update the Qualifications.

Filtering the Prior Qualification List

The option to filter the qualification list by Number of Records is available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Prior Qualification List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Adding a New Prior Qualification

Selecting (Actions > ) Add Prior Qualification in the prior qualifications tab will open a window where you can link a new qualification to the learner. The following details are available:

Once you have finished, select Save to add the qualification or Cancel to discard it. Further details can be added by editing the qualification, as explained below.
