The Barriers tab in the Learner Delivery Plan shows any factors that have been set as barrier to employment or learning for the learner. Custom barriers can be set up by your database administrators in the Barriers page in List and Type Configuration.

For each barrier, the following details are shown:

Filtering the Barrier List

The option to filter the barrier list by Number of Records is available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Exporting the Barrier List

Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Creating a Barrier

Selecting Create Barrier in the barriers tab will open a window where you can identify a new barrier for the learner. In this window, you can enter the following details:

Editing Barriers

Selecting ... > Edit by a barrier in the list will open a window where you can edit the following details:

Once you have finished, select Save to confirm your changes.
