The following changes were made as part of PICS 21.00.002.01, as released on the 29th October 2021.
AdHoc – Adhoc reports can now output an Officer's Main Organisation's whole address and postcode.
AdHoc – Output of Main Tags for Learners & Applicants is now available.
Desktop PICS – The following areas are being withdrawn for hosted customers on Tuesday 14th December 2021. Learner Achievements, Dated Changes, ILP Data, Extras, Qualification Base Data, Other General Base Data, and Annual Contract Data.
Reporting – The Auto SMS / Email report now has the ability to filter Applicant and Trainee recipients by Tags.
Reporting – Apprenticeship Standard aims at EPA with Completion Status = 1 and Outcome = 8 are now excluded from the Apprenticeship Achievement Rates Overall report.
These are changes to the PICS Database structure to support future features. When they are available they will be announced as New Features or Improvements in the relevant Release Notes. |
Desktop PICS, PICSWeb – Data structure changes to support Workflows for Organisation records.
LARS v8 : 28th October and ORGANISATION v3 : 14th October are now available in PICS.
eAssessor, eEmploy, eRecruit – Clicking the Schedule Call Details link on a phone call activity was raising a javascript error. Now fixed.
Imports and Exports – PelControl ILR Imports was incorrectly creating multiple Aim FAM records for the same type when importing multiple years. Now fixed.
Imports and Exports – The ILR Exporter will now send prior attainment records with a date matching the earliest programme aim start date if that date is earlier than all component aim start dates. This is to prevent R131 errors.
