Selecting Forms and Themes > Surveys from the Configuration section of the side menu will open the Survey List. This page displays all the surveys that you have built in PICSWeb.
For each survey, the following details are shown:
ID
Title
For – This shows the types of record that the survey can be sent to (either Learner, Applicant, Officer or Anonymous).
Status – This shows whether the survey is Live or Dormant.
Filtering the Survey List
The option to search by Title and ID and filter by Number of Records Displayed are available above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Save icon to run the search and apply your filters.
Along with these, additional fields can be added by selecting More. Choosing a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filters explained above. The following fields are available:
Status
Form For
Question Title
Exporting the Survey List
Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
Survey Actions
Selecting Create from the top-right corner of the page will open a window where you can Create a New Survey.
The following options are available for individual surveys by selecting the ... icon by a survey in the list:
Summary – This will open the Survey Summary.
Preview – This will open the Survey Preview.
Clone – This will create a copy of the selected survey. You will need to enter a new Title for the survey.
Delete – You will need to confirm before the survey is deleted. This should only be done when you will not need to access the survey data again. If not, you should instead set the survey to Dormant.
