This feature involves your report file being sent outside of our data hosting environment to Microsoft Azure Blob Storage. To consent to this, and receive a licence to use Azure File Storage, please Contact Our Support Team.

It is possible to access the output files for your Scheduled Reports from a link generated in PICSWeb. This means that you and others can follow the same link to access an up-to-date report without having to open PICSWeb.

To do this, first make sure that you have ticked Overwrite Output in the Save and Schedule tab when setting up the Scheduled Report.

The next time the report has been run on its schedule, go to the Available Reports tab and select … > Get Link by the report. The Get Link option will not appear if you use the Run Now option to create the report.

This will copy the link to your clipboard, where you can paste it wherever is necessary. Opening this link will download a copy of the report file to your device.

This link will remain active until the report is Deleted.
