The different FAM code requirements for different learning aim types are explained in ILR Aim and FAM Codes.
The Funding and Monitoring tab in the Learning Aim Summary shows any Funding and Monitoring (FAM) codes that have been attached to the aim. For each code, following details are shown:

The option to filter the FAM list by Number of Records is available from above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the 
Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.
Along with these, a field to filter by FAM Type can be added by selecting More. Choosing this field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filters explained above.
Exporting the FAM List
Selecting More shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
