The Export Options tab  tab in the the Learning Aim Summary shows how the aim information will be displayed in the the ILR Export, and the exports that have included the aim. 

The Export Status in this tab indicates whether or not the aim is set to be included in ILR Exports. Underneath this, a list shows the relevant funding years with the following details:

• Year

• Whether the aim was set to Export in Year for that year.

• Last Export ID

• Last Export Sequence

Editing Export Options

Selecting Edit will  will open a window where you can edit the Export Status and choose whether to export the aim in certain yearyears. This can be set to Automatic, Always, or Never. Once you have finished, select Save to  to add your changes or Cancel to discard them.
