The Recent Activity tab in the the Organisation Summary shows changes made to the record within the chosen date range. Where applicable, a link to relevant attachments or records will be available in the change log.
The following date ranges are available:
Today
Last Week
Last Month
Last 3 Months
Last 6 Months
Last Year

Viewing Full Change Logs
A more detailed view can be shown by selecting View Full Change Logs. This list shows every change that has been made by users to data fields within the organisation record. For each change, the following details are shown:

Changed By – Selecting this will take you to the
correspondingcorresponding User Summary.

Filtering the Change List
The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press press Enter or select or select the Search icon to run the search and apply your filters.

Along with this, the following additional fields can fields can be added by selecting selecting More. Selecting a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filter explained above.

Exporting the Change List
Selecting More Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the changes currently displayed in the list.
