A course resource can be any item or piece of equipment that needs to be assigned to a particular /wiki/spaces/POH/pages/276451833. Selecting Courses > Resources from the side menu will open a list of all resources.
Adding a New Resource
To add a new resource, select Create from the top-right corner of the page. This will open the Create Resource window, where you can enter the following details for the resource:
- Resource Code
- Resource Name
- Resource Type – These are maintained in Resource Type Configuration.
Once you have entered the necessary details, select Save to continue. You can specify the status by Editing the Resource.
Assigning Resources to a Session
To assign resources to a session, open the Session Summary and open the Resources tab. Selecting Assign Resources will open a window where you can use the tickboxes to choose which resources you want assigned to the session. Only resources with the status Live will be available, though you can change the status when Editing the Resource. Select Save to finish.
Resources are added to a session from the Resources tab in the Session Summary.
