In the new year version of PICSWeb, PICSWeb Imports will be updated as part of the New Year Upgrade to manage importing ILR files to match the new specification. Due to the complexities of running cross-year ILR imports into live datasets, customers utilising this importer should make every effort to import all populate the new year data values but not any equivalent fields in the old year for starts prior to 1st August. The old year values must be entered manually into the new record. If possible we recommend that you import all learner data for the old year before upgrading and importing new year ILRsthe upgrade takes place.
