The Forms section of PICSWeb allows you to view, manage, and process Web Forms WebForms used for a variety of purposes. Web forms WebForms are intended to be filled out either by an applicant, learner, or employer, either with a member of your staff or remotely via email. They can be used for a variety of purposes, such as enrolments, reviews, interviews, and other activities. Make sure that you do not get Web Forms WebForms confused with other form services in PICSWeb:
Sign Up Forms – These are online forms that are accessed and completed by prospective applicants or employers. Depending on your process, it may be more appropriate to send the URL for a Sign Up Form rather than complete a Form Capture Form for your enrolments.
User Defined Forms – These allow you to specify additional fields to be added to different locations in your PICSWeb data records.
