• Course Type – Course Types are maintained in the Configuration section.
• Instance Type – This will be either Fixed Start Date or Roll-On Roll-Off.
• Status – This will be either Live or Dormant.

• Seats – This indicates how many places are available in total. Selecting the Image Modified icon will open a graph displaying how many places have been filled through time.

The remaining details for the course instance are divided into three tabs: Sessions, Enrolments, and Files.

Sessions

The Sessions tab lists all individual sessions that make up the Course Instance. For each session, the following details are shown:

• Edit – This will open a window where you can edit the Description for the file. When you have made your changes, select Save to finish.
• Delete – This will remove the file attachment. You will be prompted to confirm before the attachment is deleted.

Exporting Course Attendance

You can also export Attendance data for all Sessions that make up the Course Instance from this page. To do this, select Actions > Export Course Attendance from the top-right corner of the page.

This will generate an Excel spreadsheet listing each Enrolment for the Course Instance and their attendance for each session.
