Sessions

The Sessions tab lists all individual sessions that make up the Course Instance. For each session, the following details are shown:

This tab displays all the learners who have been enrolled onto the course. Selecting Create Enrolment will open the Batch Enrol window.For  For each enrolment in the list, the following details are shown:

• Record name
• Enrolment Date
• Start Date
• End Date
• Status

Selecting the  icon also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Enrolment Actions

Selecting Create Enrolment will open the Batch Enrol window. Along with this, selecting the ... icon by an enrolment will show the following options:

• Edit – This will open the Edit Enrolment window.
• Delete – You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the enrolment record. Select Yes to confirm.

This tab displays any files attached to the course instance. For each file, the following details are shown:
