  • Title
  • Course Type – Course Types are maintained in the Configuration section.
  • Instance Type – This will be either Fixed Start Date or Roll-On Roll-Off.
  • Status – This will be either Live or Dormant.
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Seats – This indicates how many places are available in total. Selecting the Image Modified icon will open a graph displaying how many places have been filled through time.

Image Modified

The remaining details for the course instance are divided into three tabs: SessionsEnrolments, and Files.

Sessions

The Sessions tab lists all individual sessions that make up the Course Instance. For each session, the following details are shown:

You can also select ... > Edit to Edit the Enrolment or Delete to delete it. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the enrolment record. Select Yes to confirm.

Filtering the Enrolment List

The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the Image Added icon to run the search and apply your filters.

  • Current Enrolments only
  • Learner Search
  • Number of records displayed

Along with these, additional fields can be added by selecting the Image Added icon. Choosing a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filters explained above. The following fields are available:

  • Enrolment ID
  • Starts From
  • Ends Before
  • Enrolment Date

Exporting the Session List

Selecting the Image Added icon also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.

Files 

This tab displays any files attached to the course instance.
