• Instance Type – This will be either Fixed Start Date or Roll-On Roll-Off.
• Status – This will be either Live or Dormant.

• Seats – This indicates how many places are available in total. Selecting the Image Modified icon will open a graph displaying how many places have been filled through time.

The remaining details for the course instance are divided into three tabs: Sessions, Enrolments, and Files.

Sessions

This tab displays all the individual sessions that make up the course instances. Sessions are explained further in Course Sessions in PICS Web.

You can also select ... > Edit Enrolment  > Edit to Edit the Enrolment or Delete to delete it. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the enrolment record. Select Yes to confirm.
