Example 1 - Weekly Reviews
In this example, you would like a report to run every Friday morning to show the learner reviews that are coming up in the upcoming week.

Example 2 - D&P Summary
In this example, you would like to see any Destination and Progression records that have been uploaded for learners who have left in the last month. You would like this report to run every month.
You will first need to restrict the report in Report Options to only include D&P records collected in the last month for leavers in the last month:
Set the Learners Report Type to Leavers between dates
Set the Learners From to Start of Month with a -1 offset
Set the Learners To to End of Month with a -1 offset
Set the Report Type to Collected between dates
Set the Destination and Progression From to Start of Month with a -1 offset
Set the Destination and Progression To to End of Month with a -1 offset
...
Then you will need to Schedule the report to run at the start of every month:

When you Save the report, it will run as required from the 1st of the next month.

Example 3 - Funding Planning
In this example, you would like to see your projected funding values for all learners for the current and next ILR years. You would like this report to run every week.
You will first need to restrict the report in Report Options to only include funding values for the current and next ILR years:
Set the Learners Report Type to All
Set Funding Events From to Start of ILR Year
Set Funding Events To to End of ILR Year with a +1 offset
...
Then you will need to Schedule the report to run every week (in this example, every Monday morning):
Set the Schedule Type to Days of the Week
Tick Monday in the Select Days menu
Enter 09:00 in the Time of day field
When you Save the report, it will run as required from the next Monday.
