Example 2 - D&P Summary

In this example, you would like to see any Destination and Progression records that have been uploaded for learners who have left in the last month. You would like this report to run every month.

You will first need to restrict the report in Report Options to only include D&P records collected in the last month for leavers in the last month:

• Set the Learners Report Type to Leavers between dates

• Set the Learners From to Start of Month with a -1 offset

• Set the Learners To to End of Month with a -1 offset

• Set the Report Type to Collected between dates

• Set the Destination and Progression From to Start of Month with a -1 offset

• Set the Destination and Progression To to End of Month with a -1 offset

...

Then you will need to Schedule the report to run at the start of every month:

• Set the Schedule Type to Days of the Month

• Keep all months ticked in the Select Months menu

• Tick 1st in the Select Days menu

When you Save the report, it will run as required from the 1st of the next month.
