in multi centre mode officers and organisations are linked on MISID not Onefile ID and that this is different compared to what we have done in desktop. Before using PICSWeb Onefile interface in multi centre mode you need to ensure that MISIDs are correctly populated against existing officer records in all centres MISID can be found on the account page for officers and employers and needs to be set with the ident from the relevant PICS record. Failing to do this will mean that when PICS first searches for the officer / employer no match is found and a duplicate is created
