2218/0608/2021: There is an issue with the daily refresh from OneFile related to a security based rate limit (the number of API requests per minute) with the OneFile API. This means that some updates from OneFile will not be correctly actioned in PICSWeb at this timethe daily sync process takes a lot longer than it needs to because we have to pause and wait for a minute every time we hit the limit. We are working with OneFile to resolve this issue . Once we have resolved this issue, any missed updates will be caught up with and your PICSWeb data will match up with your OneFile dataso that the sync can happen in a reasonable amount of time. |
