This page is where you should detail any contracts which you need to have setup in PICS. You should also specify any data you wish to bring in to import into the database in this section.
Contracts will allow you to separate your delivery into, easily distinguishable sections, and to split out what is and is not exported to the Hub.
“This is a Direct Contract” means your company has a direct contract with the SFA. If you have a direct contract with the SFA, please put yourself in. This must be your own company if applicable.
If the company is a subcontractor (i.e. delivering training on your behalf, put them in as “They are a Delivery Provider”. You can have multiple subcontractors.
If they are your prime (i.e. you deliver training on their behalf), please put them in as “They are a Contract Head (Prime)”. You can have multiple primes.
