Once the export is complete, you will receive an email informing you that the export file has been produced successfully. It will be available to download in the Export List, with a status of Generated.
Note: if you download the same export file more than once your browser may adjust the file name with a suffix to make it unique, so that, for example:
ILR-12345678-2021-20210128-163543-01 becomes
ILR-12345678-2021-20210128-163543-01[1]
You will need to remove the [1] suffix from the file name manually to make it acceptable for upload to Submit Learner Data or FIS.
